Delegate Registration

All attendees are strongly advised to register in advance of the meeting.

All registered delegates will receive the following:

Delegate Bag including the programme and other associated materials
Name Badge permitting access to all sessions
Refreshments during breaks and lunch
Admission to the Welcome Reception on Monday 6th September
Admission to Dinner at The Hub on Tuesday 7th September

To take advantage of the reduced registration rates for early booking, you must register by 16th July 2010. The registration fees are as follows:

IBVI Only
The IBVI options are for attendance at the IBVI session and poster session that follows only. You will still be able to submit and display a poster and be considered for a short talk at the IBVI session. The rates for IBVI will not increase after 16th July 2010 or 1st September 2010.

IBVI Student Registration (£30.00 + £5.25 VAT)	£35.25
