Cancellation

All cancellations must be sent in writing or e-mailed to the EMDS 2010 Secretariat:

Cancellation of Registration
For registration full payment is due and no refunds will be issued. Name changes are permitted.

Cancellation of Hotel Accommodation
Cancellations received before 5th July 2010 – no penalty.

Cancellations received after 5th July 2010 or non-arrival – hotels will deduct from your credit card an amount up to the value of the duration of the stay booked. A reduction in the number of nights booked will be treated as a cancellation by the hotel and the hotel will be entitled to take payment from the card provided.

Cancellation of University Accommodation
No refunds will be given.

Insurance
The organisers do not accept any responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Delegates are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance policies.
